Texture magazine is the brainchild of a few calgary kids, Jesse Locke and Marki Sveen (they’re badass-rad by the way). Each Tuesday they put out work by a handful of amazing artists, from wacky recipes to essays on music collecting over 10 years. This week features an free guide to online readings by men in button’d up shirts, indie music reviews and photo essay of people (some have boobs). Don’t let it’s simple layout website fool you, once you find a few familiar names and subjects, you’ll get lost within the site.
